SUMMARY:Homecoming 5-Mile Race
DESCRIPTION:Troop 664 has been asked to provide support for the annual Homecoming 5 mile race. http://www.dmctiming.com/north-olmsted-5k.html \nAs in the past\, we will be passing out water at the start/finish line\, and also at a mid-course station on Lansing Drive\, at the Hampton/Berkshire/Devon intersection. See https://goo.gl/maps/fUqBgiiDpQv for a map. The race begins at 8AM on Sunday\, August 27 from the ‘lower’ gazebo at the park. (This is the gazebo near the cross-through road near the Community Cabin/Senior Center.) \nWe need to have Scouts at the gazebo by 7:30 AM to set up. We will take a few Scouts to the Lansing Drive station from there. \nThe race does not take very long\, so even if you are in the Marching Band you will have no trouble making ‘call time’ at the High School. \nPlease respond to dfurin@gmail.com so we can plan accordingly. \nThank you!
