Backpacking Trip – POSTPONED
Due to an unexpected set of circumstances we have to postpone the backpacking trip. We will attempt to reschedule at a future date. We will be hiking the Minister Creek trail.

We will be hosting prospective Scouts for our troop. This is a regular weekly meeting, but be sure to come with your friendly smiles and encouraging words to those Webelos/Cubs who may be considering our Troop for their scouting experience.

Mock City Council Meeting
As part of All Scouts Weekend activities, Scouts are traditionally installed as honorary city officials and participate in a mock city council meeting. This year's meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 17th. Troop 664 will be represented with Scouts either on the Council or acting as City Directors. We will be attending the mock council meeting in place of our normal meeting. Please go directly to City Hall -- we will not be meeting at Spruce School.

Join us for this great campout. We will be taking the ferry over to Kelly's Island and camp in the state park. Be ready to fish and explore the glacial grooves. This was one of our most popular campouts a couple years ago, and we've scheduled it again at the request of our Scouts. Please note that due to the high cost of the ferry, this campout costs more than normal.

All Scouts Weekend
This is the annual Scouting weekend at North Olmsted Park where Scouts from all the Troops in North Olmsted (Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts) camp and participate in activities over the weekend. Join us for this fun annual "urban camping" experience.

Chris Sherman Eagle Project – Work Day
Updated Chris is working on creating a Metropark trail-head/picnic area. The trail-head is at the North Olmsted Fire Station #2 parking lot. (A trail will eventually extend from there into Bradley Woods Reservation. The trail itself does not exist at this time, and will be created by the Metroparks at a future date.) This was rescheduled from 9/17 Chris has acquired the stone for his project so the plan will proceed as scheduled. We will be working from 9am to 2pm on Saturday the 24th at fire station 2. He asks that everyone involved brings shovels, sturdy metal rakes, wheel barrows, and a tamper. Lunch will be served at 12:00. We will have pizza, chicken wings, watermelon, and cookies.
