A few things for today:
1.) There is a regularly scheduled troop meeting tonight at Ascension Church.
2.) This is CAN NIGHT, so if you have been saving cans for our scrap collection be sure to bring them to the meeting tonight.
3.) VOLUNTEERS NEEDED. Sunday is the annual Homecoming 5K race and volunteers from the Troop are needed to pass out water to the runners. The race is sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of North Olmsted — our troop’s Charter Organization. We benefit greatly from the work Kiwanis does for us, and this is an easy way to help them out. The race starts at 8:00 AM at the park. Volunteers are needed BEFORE THAT TIME (around 7:40) to set up the water coolers, etc. Meet at the large pavilion behind the Community Cabin.
