At last night’s Court of Honor, Dan Talpas spoke about the 2017 ‘Merit Badge Midway’ event coming up in a few weeks. This event is a sort of trade show for merit badges where Scouts will have the opportunity to start, finish, or totally complete a merit badge.
- When: Saturday, March 4, 2017, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- Where: Independence Civic Center, 6363 Selig Drive, Independence, Ohio
- Cost: $4.00 online registration, limit of 225 Scouts
- Uniform: Class A

Per Dan, after registering the Scout should look at the list of merit badges being offered on the day of the event and email the scheduling committee their choices. The scheduling committee contact information is on the first page of the flyer.
