My favorite pair of hiking shoes that have survived at least three summer camps and any number of years of Troop 664 outings are nearly worn out, and today the lace that’s been frayed and looking a little sketchy finally decided to bite the dust. That reminded me to remind you that summer camp is less than 90 days away, so you might want to check those laces. Maybe you need to replace yours, too?
It’s also not too soon to start thinking about medical forms. You will need to see your doctor or another medical professional for a physical if your medical form will be over one year old by the time summer camp gets here. (That means just about everyone.)
