The following message is from Marty Calabrese, a Naturalist at the Rocky River Nature Center, and it pertains the the post I sent out Monday for a merit badge class that was being offered by the Metroparks. – Mr. Furin.
Parents,
*THIS PROGRAM IS CANCELLED due to low enrollment* I will reschedule the program (same badge: Mammal Study) for some time during winter, probably mid-December. I will send each of you an email with the new date and will gladly roll over your registration if you so chose.
A) The Watershed Stewardship Center is offering a merit badge this weekend as well. That may have had something to do with our low registration numbers.
B) I also learned that there is a Boy Scouts retreat this weekend, so that too may have something to do with it.
I will be calling each of you to confirm that you receive the message.
