This is Aedan Hopkins from Troop 664. I wanted to ask all of the parents if their Scouts would be able to help with the opening ceremony this Saturday August 25, at 9:15 am, at the new North Olmsted High School at 27301 Butternut Ridge Road. If your Scout can help out please email me and or Mr Campbell. I am in need of six Scouts minimum.
Please contact me via the website ‘Contact A Scout’ page at this link. You can contact Mr. Campbell at this link.
More information about the ribbon cutting ceremony can be found on the North Olmsted City Schools website.
Parking for the Dedication and Open House is available behind the new campus. Streets around the campus will be briefly closed Saturday morning to allow safe passage for the runners participating in the Mayor’s 5K Race. Streets will be reopened as quickly as possible after the runners are safely past the Dover Center and Butternut checkpoints. The Dedication ceremony will take place as planned and the City is aware of the need for traffic control. Parking at the campus will be for the people attending the Dedication ceremony only. Race participants will park at Giant Eagle, City Hall or Fatheads Brewery.
