If you are going to Summer Camp and have not yet turned in your health form, you’re running out of time!
Summer Camp health forms MUST be turned in! Please bring them to Tuesday’s meeting (6/18). If you cannot make the meeting, you need to make arrangements to get your health form to Mr. Campbell. The folks at Camp Gerber will not make an exception–no health form = no camp. Don’t let that happen!
