Troop 664 North Olmsted OH

Robert Haas’ Eagle Project – Work Day #2

This is the second day of Robert’s project.  If enough people are able to help, it could be the final work day of the project.

Robert’s Eagle Project is to clean up Kiwanis Park. The project is to clear/thin and clean up parts of the park. Scouts will remove debris, tree branches, add mulch, etc. This will be a work day to continue on the progress from Saturday.

  • Date: Sunday, March 19, 2017
  • Time: 10 AM to 2 PM.
  • Where: Parking is at the North Olmsted Oxcart Food Pantry on Butternut Ridge, right next to the bridge over I-480. See map below. The Scouts will walk from the Pantry lot to the park location, which is not far.

Scouts are asked to bring yard/garden tools appropriate for such work (rakes, shovels, work gloves, etc.) Please wear appropriate work clothes, boots, and the like. No need for Scout uniform.

Robert will provide lunch for the Scouts.

If you cannot commit to the full block of time, that’s okay. Please help as much as you can.
