All Scouts and Adult Leaders planning on attending Summer Camp are required to have a valid BSA Health Form on file, which must be filled out and signed by your doctor. It’s not too early to make your appointment now! We need these forms completed prior to summer camp. There are links on our forms page (http://www.troop664northolmstedohio.org/forms) to download a current BSA form.
